You are responsible for leading a planning team, Consisting of engineers and designers, working on national and international projects in the high-tech sector.
This is what your everyday life at our customer looks like:
Review and creation of technical documents for legal regulations for the engineering area
Creation and further development of planning documents or planning typicals according to internal standards
Observance of and compliance with the SOP’s (standard operating instructions)
Preparation of technical data on the basis of the offer preparation
Budget planning and execution of complex projects
Lead coordination and work organization for the creation of technical documents
Draft review and presentation or presentation of draft solutions to authorities
Interface between construction sites, builders, authorities, experts and specialist planners
Control of possible planning subcontractors
Talent search, potential analysis of their closer colleagues and derivation of their personnel development measures
Coordination of inventory and requirement analyzes for projects that start.
